Yasmeen Borro

Fashion Designer

Yasmeen Borro was born in 1984 in Cocody, Abidjan. She grew up and studied fashion in Brussels. Price Modo Bruxallae in hand, she settled in Paris and worked for John Galliano.

Shopaholic, she gradually turned into a fierce collector in search of magical garment in thrift shops, flea markets and private dressing rooms. That’s how she expanded her collection of vintage clothing and accessories.

After a summer in Beirut and the success of her outfits, she realized that the vintage culture didn’t exist is in the Middle East. which is why, in July 2009, Yasmeen Borro opened “Vintage Story”, the first vintage store in the Middle East. 

She proposes a selection of unique pieces of all styles as well as retro-inspired creations.
